I have a SE K850. I was told it was unlocked to all networks. It is from T-Mobile UK and when I put in my AT&T sim card, I get this message on the screen, "Insert correct SIM card". So is this phone locked to Tmobile UK?

Now I've looked at the lock screen (left arrow, star, star, left arrow) and all but 1 of the services (ESL) shows a little padlock in the open position (unlocked?). The only one that shows a closed padlock symbol (locked?) is ESL. The Network, Network subset, SP, and Corporate all show the little lock in the open position. So doesn't that mean its unlocked?

Can anyone please explain to me if my phone is unlocked to work on any network, and or what does "Insert correct SIM card" card in this case?
