I had to reinstall vista yesterday and i can't get the usb drivers for the k850i to work. The exact driver missing is "Sony Ericsson K850i" I have installed the pc suite and uninstalled it a few times and that did not work. I even installed the seus updater. (why not, worth a shot!) and still nothing. Does anybody know where to get this exact driver? It worked fine under x64 vista ultimate before so i know it can do it. I can't get the mass storage driver to work either. I can communicate with the phone but cannot view the files on it. Attached is a picture to show you what i mean. Thanks!

Try this

Connect the cable to a fresh USB port on the PC.
Take the battery out of the phone , put it back in and turn on the phone.
Wait for 10 seconds and then connect the cable to the phone , windows should pop a new window saying new hardware found.
Install these drivers http://rapidshare.com/files/1[....]50_usb_signed_drivers.zip.html

Its always better to install the drivers from device driver.
It will give a series of new hardware found , just need to right click on them and click on update driver.
Then click on browse and locate the USB Signed Drivers folder.
