Hey everybody, i got a problem with my W960i i thought someone could help me, when ever im playing my music through walkman by the time i get 5 tracks down a error message appears and my phone jams and i have to restart it again. It says dump file created Reason : User Problem : 47
I have rebooted my phone twice and the same problem still occurs.
If someone could help i would really appreciate it.

Yeah a corrupted song may result in crashes of the media player indeed. Does your walkman do that with all sobgs you have in the phone, or just one? it may be memory corruption aswell.
