hello all i am in need of some advice about my SE k850i. i cant hear w´hen i call someone or someone calls me. i have to use the speaker.
a friend said it was the firmware, however, i have updated the firmware and it still does not work.
has anyone else had this problem?
please help

if the phone is under warranty, take it to a service center. it seems to be a problem with the earpiece(hardware).
