my alarm does not go off(I cant hear anything) and when i call i hear no ringing or dials

if the speaker doesnt work it seems to be that it's a hardware issue. you can take it to a service center and use the warranty.

yeah it ison silent but media player and alarm would still work
oh yeah, it only works after i turned the phone on and off, after a few days or so, it happens again
