Why is it, that when I'm viewing an image in Opera and the image is updated or changed on the server, if I choose to reload the image the stupid thing reloads the image from cache every time.
Effectively preventing me from being able to follow a dynamically changing image such as a webcam image or a weather satellite image etc.
Is there any way around this?
