you need to call your provider, since isn't enought to have it configured in the phone, they need to activate the service from their end.

When you recieve the browser message just press the ventre key in the five way nevigation key and the settings will be stored and set as active in the profile you are usin. There has to be two browser messages recieved if Iam not mistaken. You just do the same thing on both.
It will say "browser updated successfull" then it will be fine.
I think your settings are like this which the same as those for a moto v360:

Domain 1:
Servisce type 2: HTTP
Proxy 2:
Port 2: 9201
Domain 2:
DNS 1: 000.000.000.000
DNS 2: 000.000.000.000
Time out: 15 minutes
CSD No 1:

Line type 1: ISDN
CSD No. 2:
Username 2:
Password 2:
Speed (bps) 2: 9600
Line type 2: ISDN
GPRS APN: (Your own access point)
Username:
Password:
The password and the username will be provided by the network provider
To reach these setting follw these steps
menu > web access > web sessions
Pick the activated profile or session then edit it. Remember to press done at the end and set it as default
Good luck
