Always do as much as you can I say mate, I'm 20 and I've done next to nothing, though trying to change that now.
Wish I had gone travelling or something, if I get in to the RAF, if I get the opportunity I'll work around the world.

@ Strizlow, hey u never know mate could meet with a few members who live in different countries. I just want to see the world, see all the different cultures etc. Just wondering how much money it would cost lol, I would want to work whilst i'm travelling.

whilst doin photography i av bin around loads of different places and i can recommend goin wherever u feel comfortable going!

what i did was before leaving for each new location have a quick read about its people and things to do and not to do then u wont be suprised by things when u get there!!!

and also try an find an internet cafe to email home to tell family when u get somewhere and also wen u leave to say how long u reckon it could be till u get to the next place as u then know if u dont clock in they would be aware and can start lookin for yeh lol....

All that and have fun!

procterdc: Always stay in a cheap place. Maybe a Youth Hostel or something like that, and then use your money saved to enjoy what that country has to offer. You'll find that even though Youth Hostels are cheap, they still are quite nice. You won't regret having that extra money either.

You could get a YHA (Youth Hostel Association) membership, which has various benefits and discounts.

EDIT: Unless of course you are rich...
