Hi There!
I've found a Link to a downloadable Version of the "MetroWerks CodeWarrior DeveloperStudio for Symbian OS".
It seems to be a 15-Day-Trial-Version, but thats ok for a first look.

It's a link for a FileSharing-System called eMule/eDonkey.
You will need the FileSharing-Client from
www.emule-project.net
