I copied a 30mb file through BT, when i was saving it on my phone, the phone switched off due to low battery. BT files are saved in C:shared/obex i think and when i deleted that file from there it says "in use". I really want to delete it as the space in C drive is very low.

QVGA, try this mod by
Gapata next time:
Changing Bluetooth Received Files Temp Path from Phone Memory to Memory Card!
Hi guys, I managed to change the location of Bluetooth received file temp location from phone memory to Memory card
The temp location for BT files are C:\shared\obex
Which I changed to
D:\shared\obex
the file responsible for that is
Z:\resource\apps\qobexlistner.r??
Just copy this file to ur c:\resource\apps and hex edit to change the location from C:\ to D:\ then save the file n restart!
However, The Modified File is attached for Ready USE! (This file is for English Language Pack [.RSC])
Guys, to test it, send a big file abt 5 MB to ur phone, nw while transfer is taking place, switch to x-plore and see the folder d:\shared\obex\
U will see there a tmp file! After transfer complete, phone copy this file to messaging if not saved by you! If the file is very big it cant be stored in messaging and u will get an error lilke 'failed to save in messaging' then u can go to obex folder n move the file to ur desired location!

shinjuken, I haven't tried this mod myself and I don't think that P1 users actually need this. The P1 has 160 MB internal memory (I have 125 MB free on my phone) while the W950 has only 60 MB so this mod is probably more important to M600, P990 and W950 users.
But if you want to try this mod anyway and you can't use the file I uploaded to Rapidshare, look at this screenshot:
See in the top right corner where it says
c:\\shared\\obex"z:\\resource..., just change this
c to
d, save the change and that's it.
