Hi!
I have just bought a P800, which is the best phone by the way, but I have some problems with my "syncstation". When I place my phone in the stand, the "mrouter" software indicates that I have a connection. But my Phone monitor software can´t find my phone. I have tried to reinstall the software, but it doesn´t help. Please help me!

i still havent transfer my data from t68 to P800, cant use send-all via bt and ir P800 is rejecting it. cant use the sw coz our pc are all win98.

Hi!

I have similar problems with my p800.

As soon as I insert the phone into the USB-cradle the phone connection monitor says "connnected" but if I open the change phone dialog the list is empty. Opening sync station settings results in the error message: "no phone connected please connect and define your phone first."
The same thing happens when using bluetooth. It says "connected", but it won't find my phone.

I installed the software on a friend's PC and everything worked fine the first time.

I have a Sony R600-HFP laptop with Windows XP Pro.

Can anyone help?

got similar problem on my XP pro but works ok on Win 2000. I heard firewall/anti-virus could cause problem. I have unloaded them but still doesn't work. Anyone, pls help.

im using xp home and its working fine, but sometimes i have to wait for th p800 icon on the taskbar. sometimes it failed to connect, but very rare, all i have to do is take out the phone and re insert it to the cradle. This message was posted from a P800
