Is the fix for a white screen reset to reinstall the firmware? My phone does the reset seemingly out of the blue, but its not as often as you would think, once a day at its worst if used constantly. is my phone truly on its way to mobile heaven!? Lol. I do not have a memory card installed, so i have always wondered if that could be related to the problem? My phone has never (as far as i remember) done a white screen reset whilst playing java games, so ive always thought it being related to memory as fairly unlikely. It is very odd! I have always strayed away from reinstalling/reflashing any vital operating software to my phone, incase i did it wrong and my phone never switched back on! I have had my phone for well over a yr and although it has reset many times in total it has always come back on and operated fine. I have the latest firmware, should i consider unofficial versions to fix the problem? If anyone can recommend anything in particular that would be great. I do like this phone although its not exactly the latest technology anymore it does its job fine as a phone, its camera is basic but good quality, and opera mini is good (despite occasional losing bookmark issues) for some basic web surfing. i know i should get a memory card!! Lol
