I have everything setup, I can connect to GPRS @ O2 through my T68i and the connection auths and comes online. Only problem is, it doesn't do anything, its like there is no DNS or IP. Can anyone help me finalize the settings please?

do you have MMS activated? If so, you cannot use GPRS as well. You can use GPRS for WAP but not HTML WEB.
When MMS is activated, it de-activates mobile.o2.co.uk access point.
To have access to this you need to de-activate MMS.
O2 will have an solution for this in the coming months.

If you are on a monthly contract with O2 then you can get them to add their "Mobile Web" product to your account, although there is an extra monthly charge but you do get a free monthly allowance of Mb for GPRS (then it's charged per mb once you use that all up)
Look in the products section of the O2 website
