> k800 joystick fix?
Bookmark topic
Hi, I have a k800i but the joystick only works in two directions..
I have tried most of the standard ways to fix it but nothing has worked although the joystick works fine whilst on java apps.
I think this is due to the joysticks sensing of doagonal movements as well as up, down, left, right.
Is there any kind of joystick fix patch for it?
cheers

There is no such patch... You will need to repair it. Check
www.cnn.cn for new spare joystick...

hi i also had problems with my joystick on my k800 and found that applying a bit of oil around the joystick and moving the contact pins in closer made the joystick perfectly useable again hope this helps as it would save you money also.

If this is my old k800i it will need a new module i know this cause i broke it and tryed to repair it myself, the one on ebay is the correct module, i'm just not sure whether the joystick module is solderd to the board if it is it will make replacing it very difficult so check first.
