Hi

I have an unlocked w890i. I now want to get rid of the UK Vodafone branding.

If I flash to the latest firmware using SEUS, will this remove the branding?

Or do I need to use one of the applications like davinci or totalgsm. If I do, can anyone recommend the most reliable debranding site? I have had a look at davinci and find it a bit hard to follow.

(I'm sure these sort of questions have been asked before. I did try a search, but it returned 1000's of entries. I checked loads but could not find a definitive answer)

SEUS wont debrand the phone. you will need to pay for this. use davinci, totalgsm, wotanserver or kulankendi

I don't mind paying - especially as Vodafone unlocked the phone for free

phones when are branded, SEUS usually updates the phone to the latest branded firmware.
