i updated my phone via the internet, then when i go to games or applications the phone says "operation failed"

So how can i retrieve my application and games? i tried updating it again and still nothing happens....

can guys help me out on this?

Download MAIN ans FS and flash ur fone. I had the same prob,fixed with flash
