Update your phone easily by plugging it in to your computer first you need to install it and then follow the instructions on screen and... Ta-Da

shiney new firmware! But it will erase the whole of your phone back to the defalt settings so back-up before doing this.

if i were you, i wouldnt use seus. this upgrades your phone to CID53 and you wont be able to add patches.
