Just enjoy them, they're a way to experience extreme fear without being in any danger....I love them

Would you mind telling us what the nightmares are about? They may be in some way connect to actual events in your life...

Usually true, I've been having different variations of the same dream for about 6 months now, same people...same situation, just different locations.

And in every dream, I apologise to someone just before waking up.

Get boring after having it pretty much every night since around feb

I experience very vivid dreams, not so much nightmares. My dreams are very detailed, from smell to taste etc, but i've had dreams of alien invasions, being chased by a T-rex, being stalked by Jason Voorhees at night in the hotel I used to work at lol. Something that has happened to me during the day, usually affects what I dream.

This is a very interesting thread btw.

Alchahol does tend to help yes. The dreams are about bad events in the day that take place in a differant way at night. Events like couldnt get in2 a bank in rome cuz of that security door. Then my bed room door was that door but slightly differant cuz i couldnt get out etc. Dont have them oftern anymore but wen i do i experiance a night of little sleep

If you wake up from a nightmare turn to the other side. If you stay in the same position the nightmare will continue as soon as you fall asleep.
