Hi, hope you can help diagnose this problem!
My 2 week old W960i only holds about 4 hours worth of charge, no matter which battery i put in it. It's therefore nothing to do with the battery. Have handsets ever been known to do this (discharge battery so quickly)...? I have restored the firmware etc. and nothing helps. It started happening after i broke the LCD and replaced it myself using a £30 genuine LCD off eBay... could that have caused it?

Yes maybe you put the lcd screen wire in wrong hole and now it is taking too much power. Take it to repair shop and have it looked at.

there was only one connector to put it into, it fitted perfectly... can you elaborate?
