allready did this and all went ok.

flash your main and fs in raw mode with far. get cid53 latest firmware and still has cid52

u can use k800 firmware, tutorial uses k810.

Aha so you can use the latest CID53 firmwares while keeping CID52 If I'm not wrong?/?

Anyway are there any sideeffects. Can you apply patches then? Do the CID52 patches work on this CID53 firmware?

yes, you can have cid53 with cid52 still in your phone. you have to make your patches to your cid53 main firmware, then apply. allready did that. don't know why but cid53 firmware is way faster.menu,etc

Nothing new, i know some users who use CID53 fw on CID52 phone, it's new k810i sw R8BF003

Some users ported many patches to new k810i version R8BF003...

But I'm no longer working on K810 R8BF003 ElfPack as I don't use R8BF003 in my k810 anymore, so I'll leave that to someone else as R8BF003 isint much of an upgrade from R8BA024 (not on my phone atleast) and ElfPack take to many hours/days of work

PS: CID52 patches will work on/in CID53 FW provided it is the same version e.g. CID52 R8BA024 patches will work on CID53 R8BA024 FW

(also DVT can patch CID53 DB2020...

)

I don't know for sure. I think SeKing offers CID downgrade also, but don't know how much is that useful and if there are any sideeffects.
