> Help! Unable to Sync with my W960i

My phone contacts on my W960i got wiped out accidently when playing with ActiveSync with Exchange at the office. There was no contacts on my Outlook 2003 so its overidden the contacts on my phone.
I do have a copy of the contacts on Outlook Express at home but when i tried to sync using PC Suite for Smartphones, it gives me an error of " Sychronisation is disabled by the device "
I have tried to check everywhere on the handset to enable without joy. Sync has worked in the past using PC Suite so dont understand why its failing now.
help !

Try to re-install the usb drivers for your phone. Or there might be also changes or data corruption in your PC... Try synchronizing the phone with MPE - My Phone Explorer. It can be found here:

I tried reinstalling the drivers but its still giving me the same message.
My contacts are in Outlook Express but not able to transfer to my phone using the PC suite. Thats the issue.
