They both seem pretty similar and any differences they have seem negligible apart from maybe the camera where the W890i has a 3.2 MP over the 6120c's 2MP, but the 6120c has an LED flash.
As you might expect, I personally would go for the W890i as I think SE has the superior interface and I think the W890i is superior in its appearance. But really there is so little in the way of differences that you just need to make up your mind which one you like better and go with it!

Oh, I didn't know it was Symbian because the website I looked up didn't say anything about OS. If that is important to you, then you should get the 6120c without question. For me it is not important because I don't use such applications.

Nokia 6120 looks cheap and SE W890 looks classy. Go for the SE W890.
If you really want a Symbian phone in the price range of a SE W890, go for Nokia N81, yea i know its camera is crap.

My friend recently bought 6120c (to use as a modem) to replace his K800i cause he likes to use it for taking pictures, he used his phone as a modem a lot too.
After 2 days I met him again and I ask about his new phone. He complained about no selfcharging through usb while he uses it as a modem and it turns out he can only use it for 2 hours and he can use the phone to iron his laundry while browsing the internet
