Hello everyone, First time here.

don't know this is the right place to post this problem.
sorry if i am on wrong place

Problem:
few days ago i have flashed my W810i CID:49 R4EA031.
for new flash menus, acoustic and camera drivers it worked perfect.

but now i am facing one problem that i am not able to see Caller name or caller picture when any one form my Phone Book calls me.... it just behaves like unknown caller....

this problem was not there before. (Before flashing)

so i searched on Web i found one patch for it... and applied it using "SE Tool Lite" and after that my phone went dead .... so i again flash it with same FS and main but that caller name problem is still there.

Anyone with solution.

NOTE: I have used SX++ tool to Flash new menus, acoustic and camera drivers.

hi and welcome

the ringtones and pictures assigned to each contact were deleted when flashing. so you need to re-assign them again.

But what about Contact Names.... it is also not displayed when i receive call from a contact who is in address book.

One more thing.
I have used :
- W810_R4EA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.fbn
- W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn

for flashing my phone W810i CDI:49.

Is there anyone facing the same problem???

are you sure it is in the address book? did you backup them?

yes... i have taken backup of all the contacts before flashing...and i synced it..

i got the solution....

first i do delete all the records from my phone then... i again sync it with my PC then it worked.
