hey guys i have a sony ericson K790 i just want to put different languages on there but doing all these research with firmware i am confuse now on how to do it, can someone please give me a quick walk through on how to do it. thank you

Use phone xs++ , download the firmware that you want and flash the phone.

@xlawx87: Just go to Settings>General>Language>Phone Language then select the language that you want.

If you want to change your phone's languages (all of them) see this list here:

there is shown which firmware contains which languages. When you decide to go for it, download the FS and MAIN files from www.4shared.com

You will need custpack also which can be found around the forums. www.4shared.com or www.se-nse.com

When you are done with that, you folow this tutorial to flash your phone with the new firmware files you downloaded:

If your phone is CID52 use this:

and if you get "phone not supported" error by using the above tutorial, use this one:

but instead of the k810 files provided in the tutorial use the ones you downloaded.
