I'm a big fan of My Words on my P1i, once I realised that I could actually put in whole strings (rather than just words).

I've only had my phone a month, but My Words makes it very easily to type up detailed info on my appointments (like contact names, company names & addresses) which tend to repeat a lot for me.

I had the clever idea to do a master reset of my phone and install only the very basic apps I needed (which was the default apps, fring & walkman3), but noticed that the My Words menu does not seem to work anymore.

Previously (if I remember correctly), I tapped More > Text Options > My Words, and it would take me into a dialog where I could add text...

Now, doing the same thing just drops me back to the text field I was editing AND it turns off the predictive text/my words option!

Help me! because this really sucks.

I've tried doing a master reset, reformatted my memory card (not the internal disk), and did a clean install, but it won't come back!
