When I previously downloaded games I would save the .jar (java) file in my "Other" folder. I would install them and save them in the "Games" folder and that would be that.

I just downloaded a few games but they seem to have tons files and I'm not sure where they need to be saved or I need to convert them into a .jar file.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
