I have already updated a phone before this way. I use my phone w890 to connect to pc internet via usb and then click update software. Its connects finalize and i select my phone c902(which i want to update) and then as i have to press C and connect
Another USB cable to c902. But then why do it say SEMC boot drive and my phone starts at mass storage. I have changed to every port and tried everything but i dont get it. Thanks.

Follow these steps :-

Right Click on my computer , then click on properties then go to hardware> device manager.
Take out the battery from the phone, put it back in.
Hold the C Button holding the C button connect the cable to the phone , you will get SEMCBoot or USBFlash in yellow.
Now right click on this and click on update drivers and browse for the USBFlash folder and install the drivers.

USB flash driver needs to be reinstalled - installed... If you need driver files search here:

http://www.4shared.com/networ[....]a=atleast&sizevalue=10&start=0

there should be some drivers,

hi guys, sorry for some more headache, ive tried like u suggested but so far m not able to get driver thingy. do i need need usb drivers for pc port or drivers for my mobile. what? drivers r so confusing cuz m using it as usb intrenet and it works perfectly fine. but but when i connect to update service, it detects my phone as mass storage. why? i cant understand.

You need the USB Flash Driver installer. Search for it on www.4shared.com. And then google for USB flash drivers description and installation tutorial. I'm pretty sure there is some info about them. They are the primary thing of

advanced working...
