have forgott how i did it..someone ????
(the format is iCal or vCal)
which program do i need (its Office yes..or ??? and then Outlook Express or Outlook...or ??)

One way (maybe not the easiest one) if you have Outlook on your PC:
1. Import the VCS file to Outlook: File->Import and Export->Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs)
2. Use SE PC Suite to synchronize with your phone.
