What you mean by flash plugin. A plugin that enables flashing an UIQ phone using firmware files, just like we do with non-smartphones???

If so, the next version of XS++ should have that. I have heard somewhere that it will support full UIQ smartphones flashing... Not sure though.

Or if you meant flash support for UIQ phones it needs to be ported to other phones now. It is found for G900 and G700 only. It will take some time until all files are found and ported successfuly to other UIQ smartphones.

i already have the flash pluggin installed on my p1, but there´s still something missing (opening flash crashes the browser)...i think we need files from opera on g900/g700 (of the new firmware)

I hope this will be successful... Actually I was trying to port the G900 media center. it appeared in menu but never got all needed files to start the app successfuly.
