> w810i FW mesed up

i have a w810i, and the other dya it stop working...kind off.
basically, when a theme has the little poppup background, such as the back ground benhind the big key when you lock the phone, that background is all i can see on the phone.
that and the status bar right at the top can be seen. when someone calls or txts, there is no ringing or vibration, just under the status bar it says answer/busy.
how do i get rid of this?

no, you need to backup before starting.
here's a program that allows you to backup contacts, sms, etc:
MyPhoneExplorer(MPE)
files like images, mp3s, videos et al must be moved to the memory stick or to PC. it's up to you

but i cant set it to phone mode only to file transfer mode, as i dont ge tth screen to show up on my phone to switch it. i just get that wierd screen
