i flashed my phone using XS++ and i got stuck at activating filesystem,
now i have tried many times using both tools but cant go past activating filesystem or starting cs fs loader etc. phone is starting and shows confiduration error and i dont have rest file for w550 and tried making it but i think i dont know correct address...

any suggestions..

Seems like damaged gdfs... Try repairing gdfs by writing other of the same model. Make backup of the old one first...

thanks for promptness i read out that we cant use any other mobile's gdfs on our phone even if same model,, doesnt it applies to w550.?
and can gdfs be corrupt and im still able to go till i get configuration error after switching on my phone.

this is because you have flashed the FS and didnt finalize the phone.

thanks for clarification..but every time i try to flash my fone it gets stuck at activating file system. i have tried flashing all, flashing file system with cust pack but xs++ stucks at activating gdfs..or activating file system.. should i still try to write another mobile's gdfs.?

till then once again flashing all three thingies..

If that's the problem, download version 2.2, and firmware files, use this tutorial:

and flash your phone with it...

get firmware at www.4shared.com...

oh i think problem is bigger than i alone can handle it.. now phone is not starting at all,, i have tried flashing it through xs++ 2.2 but not even that is working.every time it hangs at finalization and main and fs are flashing fine..

then i tried to re write a gdfs i downloaded from 4 shared as forum said that we can use someone else gdfs in cid 49..but phone still hangs at activating gdfs,

m i wrong somewhere why it is activating gdfs when im writing it.??
