Hi
Is it possible to extend the vibrate time on a w200i or is it dependant on the length of the 'ring' or 'message alert'.

Actually there are some patches for vibrations (for w200), but I don't think there is a patch for what you want exactly.

I am trying to download a patch to my W200i using SEtool2 and it follows the process right to the end when it tells me
'max block number exceeded (32)'
Anybody advise on how to stop this happening ?

Try to find proper patch for your exact firmware version and a good tutorial HOW TO apply that patch.
