Hi,

This setting seems strange. It is the username for the email account, but the number of characters that can be entered is limited to 30, my username is 31 characters. This isn't very much help.

I don't wanna get a new free email from somewhere, because the email i wanna check is for the domain i have registered. You can't choose the username you want for the email account because it is simply "name@youdomain.com".

Is there a way round this?

Usually your username is just the "username" part of "username@domain.com" (etc.), except for O2 and Genie email providers.

Try just the "username" part for your 'Mailbox' setting, if it contains too many characters then unfortunately it's too long.
