Ok i updated my k800 from R1KG001 to R8BF003 with xs++. Everythings ok but when i connect now it still says R1KG001 under 'Firmware version'
Is it because i used a backup of the original custpack? (CDA102511/100 R8A EUROPE2).
When looking in service info menu it says R1KG001 after the customization info above.

Any ideas anyone?

i had that to but it was then that i realised i flashed it with the same firmware instead of with the new 1

No, phone says its R8BF003 but xs++ AND customization says R1KG001.

Don't worry about that. if your firmware is the latest and the phone is in proper working order, there is nothing to worry about the custpack info in the service menu... It is common for most K800s.. Mine was doing that too...
