K550 is better if you are between it and W610. It can get W610 software installed and you get some sort of "cybershot - walkman" hybrid and have both phones in one.

W810 is great all rounder phone for it's time/age. Actually it's camera sensor is better and it takes better pics than K550 imho. So if you don't mind having DB2010 platform phone instead of DB2020 one, you can go for W810.

two more factors... the phone has to be purchased anew, and it has to be a comparatively new model... W200 is pretty old, imho...
Besides, the look of k550 isn't that appealing... I may be asking too much for 130(150) bucks, but that's it...
