Im going to be getting this phone next week, after my 4th or 5th SE breaking within a year i am done with them.
But does anyone actually have this phone on here yet? if so is it any good? and how do you like it?

After having the second one replaced within 2 weeks, I gave up and got a Blackberry 9000.
It seems nice, but the front casing is not very well made, the silver material marks easily, but the operating system is flakey and often hangs.
The GPS is ok when it works, but Google Maps does not work properly, and it effectively unusable.
I'm sure it'll get better after some updates though.

You talking about BB or Omnia? BTW his elder brother tocco was a big flop, I don't know about this one as yet.

The bad reviews are coming from morons whereas the good reviews are coming from people who understand that it's a windows mobile device. It's not meant to be a clone of the iphone, it's actually meant to be good.
I've just traded mine because I decided I wanted something with a hard keyboard. However, it is by far the best phone currently available without a keyboard. The whole widgets thing is ridiculous, but I don't know anyone who actually uses this interface. The other samsung homescreens are far more productive. In many ways, the whole widget idea is completely redundant and shouldn't have been included on a smartphone like this.
The inbuilt gps works great with Tomtom7, iGO, google maps, etc and it can get a fix within 5-10 seconds due to it's enhanced gps via your data connections. The phone didn't hang once in the time I had it, it didn't give me any errors, it was always fast and responsive... The switch from portrait to landscape (in any menu/application) occured very quickly. I can only think that people who are complaining have had old firmwares.
The only small complaint I have is that the screen isn't great in bright sunlight. There's definitely room for improvement there. It does have an inbuilt light meter which adjusts the backlight to compensate for different environments but it's still not great in bright sunlight.
I would recommend this phone to anyone who understand what a windows mobile device can do. Essentially, anything. That's the joy of an O/S that has so many developers and a huge community behind it. That's why I would never buy an iphone or a non smartphone device. These are only my personal thoughts on the matter, so I'm sure some people will disagree, but finding something this phone can't do is not an easy task.

I have to say I agree with Daz. I've had my Omnia for about a month now and it's a really nice phone. I liked my P1i and couldn't see myself selling it even though I'd bought the Omnia, but after a week of using the Samsung I sold the Sony. It does everything the Sony does and more. The camera is great for a phone and the GPS works with no problems; I'm running Samsungs version of Garmin XP. It's nice having an all in one device for movies (yes it does play Xvid as well as Divx out of the box), music, Satnav, camera and Wi-Fi. Oh and the Wi-Fi works with much less hassle than the P1.
It's worth upgrading to the latest ROM, which I've done twice. Both of the current ROMs are for the Singapore market but it's easy to switch the phone to Singapore, apply the ROM and switch back to UK. You can in fact switch the Preconfiguration to any country you like.
As Daz says this is a Pocket PC not a feature phone so you have to expect to learn to use all of the features of the OS to make the most of it. I can connect to my PC and share music and video, browse the web from anywhere using Opera, take decent photos and navigate to anywhere in Europe. Oh yes and I can send MMS, forward a text message, install a proper Satnav app and get a decent signal.
On the downside the screen isn't fantastic in direct sunlight but then it's on par with quite a few of the Sonys and you'll need to decide if you can do without a keyboard. Other than that it's a nicely built phone, comparable to the P1 and it's the best Winmo device on the market.
