Hi Folks,

I searched around a little, but didn't find any specific answers.

Q: How do you revive a dead battery after your W760i (BST-38) drains to nothing? I've tried everything - charger, standing on my head, called 911, nothing.

this has happened on many other SE phones I've tried, but not sure if there is a specific revival method or I just need to buy a new battery.

BTW - I have a few other BST-38s that work - so it's not the phone.

Help?

Thanks
Juniji

Let the phone charge for around 30 mins and check then if it has the power to turn on at least. If not may be some other issue.

It used to happend with some W900s... Actually they could power up but they were losing the custpack from them so you get the "configuration error"...
