I used the function "Password recovery" (Online de-branding and software upgrade service SonyEricsson (SE) mobile phones | WotanServer.com) but not no communication arrives myself. I sent different reports to the support, without some reply.
It does not work more?
I have open 9 Tickets, but do not answer ever. They have stolen the money and not no damage assistance.
There are new news (example 01 Sep 2008 09:19 PM), therefore someone that works us there is, but are unaware of the requests of assistance.
I believe that it is a counterfeit service, alone for it rub money.

The same thing happened to me : no password recovery send (I requested more than 10 times)... no tickets answered.
Wotan is dead I guess.

I read on their support forum too.
Tickets have not been answered from 20th of last month.
Not sure what is happening , will try to get the news asap.

The project us dead , that's what I hear from everyone now.
Its been dead for quite sometime as they did not release debranding/flashing after DB2020 series.
