> k800i distorted pics

hey guys...im new here, looking for help with my k800i
this happens rarely but im annoyed with it
when i take pictures it takes some time before i could transfer it to my PC, and when i do transfer it to my PC one of the pictures get distorted, also, when i view that particular picture in the phone it stays pixelated rather than clearing up the image after a few seconds.... i hope u could help me with this one....ur help is much appreciated.
