While working out how to convert the imelodies to imy files and get them onto my phone I seem to have made a mistake with one of the files.
The file is now on my phone, but each time I go to play it the phone freezes, if I try to delete it out of My Melodies the same thing happens.
Any ideas or how to get it off the phone without doing a full reset.
If it comes down to doing a full reset I am not overly worries as I have all my contacts synched with my Outlook contacts so I wont lose them, just all the themes and ringtones.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have already tried that and it just adds the file with a 101 on the end.
But guess what?
Today it let me go in and delete it, so it looks like I am out of trouble, going to upgrade the software to R5D in the next week as I only have R2E006 atm.
