Looking to buy one of these:

The website says it's made for digital, so would it not work properly with an EOS film SLR?
I know of cameras not recognising lenses and not auto-focusing, adjusting aperture etc.
Don't want it to turn out like that when I fit it to my 650.

Any help would be appreciated
