I wonder if someone can help me with a small problem I have as SE have been useless and keep palming me off.
I have a P1i with Organiser Version CXC162108 R6G04 and BBC sofware of 4.82. I'm also on the O2 network.
Now I have 2 email accounts and I'm registered and receiving e-mails for both fine (although I can't seem to open attachements but that's a different issue). My problem is when I try to do anything like amend settings within the Blackberry app itself. I can turn the service on and off but even if I click on "About" or "Help" I get an error saying the following:-
Dump File Created - Application Closed
Application - Blackberry
Reason Code - KERN-EXEC
Reason Number - 3
I've done everything I can possibly think off to try and fix this (uninstall, reboots and reinstall, installed previous versions etc) but nothing seems to work. SE have said that it's a newtwork error, which I totally disagree with, and suggest that I speak to them. Obviously O2 have said not so as I'm getting my mails so can't be.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
