Hello all

I read a lots of posts here, but can't really figure out what can help me with my problem, so I'll write it down and hopefully someone will have time to help.


I got SE K750,

I took out battery today without turning my phone off first, and what happened after I placed the batt back and turned it on I see a white screen, blinking on and off every few seconds. I can't do anything....I even waited a few seconds, entered my pin, waited again then dialed a numb but nothing happens...So I guess my screen is not dead (only), probably something with software or whatever...

I tried and downloaded those programs XS++ and SeTool2...but I have no idea how to use them! I mean, I don't know how can I find out what's the so called firmware and other codes and stuff...I really don't understand that.

Also when I connect the phone via USB to my PC it says that it's an undentified USB device...and there is no way that I can read the phone card. PC doesn't see the phone

I hope someone has time to help me out with this. Is there a program which can give a diagnose of "what is the problem with my phone"?

Try flashing the phone firmware... Use this tutorial:

and download firmware files from www.4shared.com

your problem should be fixed then.

How could I know what's my phone's original firmware and which one should I flash with and also what is the correct MAIN and CID...xyz...I really have no idea how to find the right files

I installed usb flash driver,

But still when I use XS++ and connect my phone with USB port it it says:

Error: Cannot open phone communication port
Disconnected... Unplug the phone

It just doesn't read my phone. Though it keeps blinking white screen every couple of seconds. Nothing else besides that
