The up right key of the my phone(sony ericsson v640i) is a shortcut to vodafone live,,,and is really annoying....and could someone help me with this problem???? because i can't change the function of this key

Your phone, obviously, had been bought through Vodafone. The only way to get rid of this is by debranding it.
You can do this online. Just search 'debrand #phone model# Sony Ericsson' into Google. This should fix your "problem".
(EDIT: Debrand, not unbrand. My mistake.)

All V640 are vodafone branded. In fact, your phone's generic firmware is K630... The V640 is firmware made for Vodafone (and ruined the phone probably - as always)... So if you want debranded phone you need to flash it to K630...

Keeping in mind that your phone is DB3150 platform (which is not cracked yet) you have to use totalgsm (or other online flashing client) to debrand your phone - convert it to K630... But totalgsm (all clients in fact) are not for free.... They require payment before you can get the job done.
