Thought I'd seen something a while ago about a tweak or some software that would allow the P1/W960 to show as a wireless access point so it's 3g connection could be used by another device.
Anybody aware of this. I've done some web searching but had no luck yet.
Just got a iPod Touch which is great in a WiFi area for web browsing (due to bigger screen & Safari browser) but would be great to use my W960i 's 3g connection by allowing the Touch to connect to it over WiFi.

I use WMWiFiRouter on my touch diamond and iphone has something called srelay (if I remember correctly), but I haven't seen anything for UIQ3 as its something I would definitly be interested in

i need share my gprs on my p990's wifi.
sony should give a feature to that uiq3 phones to use them as a wireless gprs modem.

i do this for my laptop. i connect the laptop to the p1i via bluetooth. then set a PAN (personal area network). Is that what you need?
