I've been dieting/eating healthy since Jan right...tonight I failed like there's no tomorrow, this is how it went:

Small bowl of chips for tea (plain and only about ...kiwi, apple and grapes for pudding.

Then 4 lumps of dairymilk

Thenn 4 cookies

(2h break)

Bowl of cornflakes

Bowl of cornflakes again, filled to the rim

Ham sammidge

2 cookies

Handfull of peanuts

Big bowl of ice cream

3 cups of Banana milkshake

My stomach has gone a strange shape lol, it's flat and then there's a massive bloated lump and I feel physically sick.
Even when I was eating the ice cream, I was forcing it down.

Now I regret being a fat b4stard, i can't walk because I'm so full lol.

I now plan to let it digest for the next 2h and then go for a 6 mile run to help my digestive system poop it out

Never again I'm telling you,

In a way I'm glad I done it, because I feel sick rather then satisfied, where as when I eat sensible and healthy, I always feel fine and there's the satisfaction of knowing you had a good dinner.

Oh, my dinner was fairly ok lol,

Good for you soup - Chicken and sweetcorn with 1 rice cake

Kitkat crunchie

Slightly annoyed though, feels like months of work have gone to waste, been trying to tone my stomach and keep it flat........that's gone RIGHT out the sodding window.

Now I must go sit by the toilet, think it's coming either back up....or out the other end

Well before settling down for a few hours on Tiger Woods last night, I had,

Chicken fried rice(full portion), chips, curry sauce. Followed by half a bag of crisps(big bag) and 4 bottles of westons cider.

Felt like I couldn't move.
