Hi guys... I have an old M600 at home. It has "problem" with the screen... Actually it is working perfectly but there are some scratches on it (made by the stulys) and need to be removed (if possible somehow)... They affect the picture a little (if look closer). So I have a question. Can I use some scratch remover product to get rid of them??? Cuz I have looked at several which write on that they are not for use with touchscreens... What do you think?

you need to find a solution that doesn't use liquid to buff out the scratch or fill it in with liquid.

displex is a common suggestion in these discussions on Esato, however I resisted suggesting it as recent discussions suggest it can do more harm than good on modern screens

note that I've never used so can't comment personally

i should never use it on my new (450 euro) cell phone, but on my old ones i should. (it have no warranty left and its not worth to spend ~50-60 euro on a new screen)

if you have a new P1, M600.... with 2 years warranty, i suggest you take the second choice, (change to a new one)

No it is not my P1. I have an old M600 which has the scratched screen. My P1 is doing great. Anyway, here the new touchscreen is about 75 euro (in my country) without the work (I could fit it myself)...

Why don't you apply a screen protector?
It should covered the scratch if it wasn't deep enough to an airtrapped under the screen protector?
Otherwise i'd be more than happy to have your old M600i as a gift

Haha I wouldn't mind a gift like that. I didn't say it annoys me or whatever. I am using P1. The M600 I got from a cousin to see what I can do with it.

So have you tried it?
It should covered a minor scratch like that...
