is it posssible to use the save/cancel or back key on the touch screen with tapping on the screen?

Cause you did mean with_out_ tapping the screen or?
Otherwise you just tap the button on the screen

Back key work better than the back button on the screen.
Also holding the back key longer will get you to standby (during running an app) or lock the phone (if pressed during standby).
