hi just saying dose any 1 know how to work the multimidia keys because when i go on my w960i walkman the dont light up but i can still press them :s any 1 please help me

Check control panel if there is any option about this. If not, master reset or update with SEUS may solve the problem. Anyway, before doing any of those, backup all your data as SEUS or master reset delete everything in the phone...
You can use My Phone Explorer (as it supports smartphones now) to backup all your data such as: files, contacts and messages...
