what is the new update for the SE w660i?

R8BE001 is not available for all region or CDA/CDF. You must try yourself and see what SEUS tells you.
After the update, you will loose all data in the phone, so back up everything, all is gone, except the pre-installed content from SE as you got it the first time of your W660 purchase.

SEUS also converts the phone to CID53 so if you plan on modding your phone, or if it is still CID52 don't use SEUS to update the firmware. you have an alternative like XS++ for e.g.

that was really a big help. its still 52. thanks a lot.
by the way, is there any flash player for my w660i? and how can play those .swf personal file of mine?

just transfer it to your phone, it should play it well without any problem as long as it's flashlite 1.0......
